AMBIEN AIR QUALITY MONITORING
Ambient air Quality Monitoring is the systematic, long-term assessment of pollutant levels by measuring the quantity and its types in the premises of the Industry since the Quality of air in the Industrial Environmental affects the Health of the workforce and people living nearby.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY MONITORING
Effects of indoor air pollutants range from short-term effects-eye and throat irritation-to long-term effects-respiratory disease and cancer. Exposure to high levels of some pollutants, such as carbon monoxide, can even result in immediate death. We perform Indoor Air Quality Monitoring and Work Atmosphere monitoring and Testing as required by The Factories Act.
STACK EMISSION MONITORING
Stack Emission Monitoring is a systematic process of measuring industrial pollutants emitted from stack to atmosphere. Stack Monitoring is carried out to determine pollutant concentration, mission rate or parameter. Every industry has to report their stack emission level to determine its compliance with CPCB emission limits.
WATER & DRINKING WATER ANALYSIS
We analyze the drinking water, industrial water, Ground & Surface Water to determine the level of purity and various harmful contaminants (both soluble and insoluble). Contaminated Drinking water will affect the health and it is analyzed to meet the requirements of IS 10500. In industries, poor quality of water will adversely affect the machines and deteriorate the product standard.
WATER WASTE ANALYSIS
Water from the industries needs treatment prior to discharge which is determined by the type of contaminants and toxicity level in it. We test waste water and help to identify suitable treatment process. Treated Waste water from the industries should be tested for compliance with Effluent discharge standards. We are the first laboratory to include Total phosphorus well ahead of implementation of NGT norms for discharge of treated STP waster.
NOISE LEVEL MONITORING
Noise or Sound level monitoring is a process of measuring the magnitude of Noise in industries and residential area to helps us take action to reduce noise pollution. Elevated workplace noise level causes hearing impairment, hypertension, heart disease, sleep disorder etc. We measure ambient noise, DG insertion loss, indoor and personal noise measurement.
ILLUMINATION MONITORING
Illumination Monitoring is the assessment of light intensity in workplace. It measures the amount of light is falling on unit surface area of workplace and used to evaluate the capability of lighting for seeing an object. Improper lighting in industries or workplace may cause vision problem, accidents etc.
SOIL TESTING
Soil is tested to determine the composition, nutrient characteristics and fertility.The soil sample is also tested for phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, NPK & calcium content. Contaminants level in soil is tested to assess toxicity level and to take measures to control pollution.
